“What women want” is a similarly simple test: if she’s happy she must be getting it, if not, not. I’ve failed that test once, but am hoping that if I keep an open mind I’ll be able to at least dumbly stumble across what my woman wants–and give it to her! even if I can’t understand it and she can’t explain it.

But I’d rather have a happy mysterious woman than an angry articulate one.

Of course both sexes walk around with bodies and systems evolved for survival in a hunter / gatherer village.

And everyone, apparently, likes lots of prescription medication.

I think this will be a question that plagues mankind forever. I have found that communication is the only way to maintain a happy relationship, but it took me 20 years and a divorce from a man who was the sexual opposite of me (he could go for literally years without physical contact) and I was too shy to explain why it was slowly killing me.

Finding a partner that is compatible with you on as many levels as possible is so important. Education, believes, morals, interests, sexual interests, humor, and family are all things that you should be able to discuss openly and honestly with the person you plan to spend the rest of your life with.

Good luck in your search of understanding of women. I am one and I don’t ‘get’ most of them.
