I will be speaking at and moderating the South Carolina Bar’s annual guardian ad litem training on January 28, 2011. Further information on this CLE can be located here. Attorney and lay guardians interested in obtaining their 2011 continuing training hours on child custody are encouraged to attend. This training is specifically designed with guardians in mind and the child custody topics being covered should be of particular interest to guardians or to those who work with guardians.
Finally, I will be one of the speakers at the National Business Institute’s seminar “Family Law A to Z” in North Charleston of February 16, 2011. Further information on this CLE can be located here. These NBI seminars tend to be small, informal, and allow for substantial Q&A and seminar-style discussions. The topics I will be covering are child custody and a 2010 family law case law and legislation update. Attorneys interested in these issues are encouraged to attend.
